Underwear Do's and Don'ts wasn't geared toward my 8 year old niece or to me, but it was highly entertaining for my 4 year old nephew who is an underwear newbie. I'm sure that in about 10 years he'll love that I just typed that, but I digress...

Elementary students will fall in love with this book! It is so silly and they will enjoy anything that has to do with underwear. I would use this book as a hook before we talk about the rules in the classroom. Each page of the book consists of different Do's and Don'ts the author came up with. It would be a fun activity to come up with our own classroom set of rules after reading this book with suggestions from your students.
I don't think this is specifically a potty training book, but I used it as one. Think of all the fun things you can do with underwear including shopping for underwear with a hippo. (Don't let her try it on!)
Todd Parr's books are always a treat, and this one is no different. For example, Parr tells readers "Do have lots of underwear. Don't wear it all at once."

My kids picked this out at the library on our last visit. It is short but very fun. Consider the first rule. "Do have lots of different kinds of underwear. Don't wear it all at once."
I was looking for another book and found this one. I will read almost anything with "underwear" in the title. This has some...interesting do's and don'ts in it.

This was a really cute book. Some of the do's and don'ts were completely random, which could be a puzzle for some people, but I just found it hilarious.

Presents pairs of do's and don'ts concerning underwear, such as "Do put your clean underwear away" but "Don't put it in the freezer."
A great book about the few simple rules one should know about how to use their underwear, a very simple and funny story!
With that title, it had to be read. Kinda cute. "DO take extra underwear when fishing...."
Enjoyed the humor and the touch of self appreciation at the end...
If you want to make a child giggle read this to them!

Love Todd Parr, and Love this book. This book and Pants should both be on our shelves, and are not :( . I like the advice style and the humorous pictures, plus the fact that everytime you say underwear to a certain age of kids (plus me) they laugh, just at the word. Honestly, who doesn't need to be reminded not to put their underwear in the freezer, or to make sure to buy your friends the right size of underwear?

I Love reading this book with my babies. They think it is hilarious!! I love to ask them if they can or can't do the things in the book with underwear. So Cute.

This is the book that sent my kids on a search for more Todd Parr. We love this book!
I think underware's are ok to write about but I don't think I would write about it.
