Translated from the French by Ros Schwartz.^^^^Characters are starting to have more depth (which is always good) and when I think I've got it worked out (i.e. what I anticipate to happen), it gets all twisty and I realised I don't know where it's heading (which is always interesting).^^^^But that's not to say it can't be predictable. ^^^^It's slightly better written than the previous book; it wasn't as stilted and flowed a bit better, though overall it is a bit rough around the edges.
