This was a fantastic story and a great start to the series. It is very interesting YA Paranormal story with dreams. I love how the relationship between Dani and Mitch is developing. I really hope it continues going forward with the series especially with how this first book ended. I can't wait to read #2.

This was an amazing book. For this being the first published in the series and her first book period it was very well written, kept my full attention and was difficult to put down. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys the paranormal young adult and mystery genre.
I really enjoyed the story in this book, but I think some more editing would have made it even better. There were missing commas, the word to instead of too, etc., and there was one spot where the main characters are sitting in a booth at a diner & then you turn the page & they're almost home, with no segue. There weren't an abundance of errors, just enough to be annoying. Also, I think the chapters written from Mitch's POV could have been eliminated completely to streamline the story. T ...more
This book is breathtaking !!!
I have tried several times to read this book. I've had it on my currently reading list for about a year, but got distracted by other books. I finally decided to finish it & have been reading to about half way through the book. I unfortunately just couldn't finish it. It just seemed repetitious, day after day similar with Dani having some dream & Mitch worrying about her. The author glosses over pretty much any other interaction Dani has with other people & it just dragged on.
I liked this book well enough, it was interesting to the point where it made me want to finish it but I proberbly wont read the next one.
Much of the book is repetition an drags on to much to finally get to the plot.

I was born in Michigan, but somehow along the way ended up in Ohio, where I live with my wonderful husband. I started writing at a young age when I wrote my first story about a boy and his dog and read it to a handicapped neighbor. I am a hopeless romantic and have a very vivid imagination. I am addicted to horror movies, but there is no way I am stepping into a haunted house. Think dark hallway a ...more
