Mary's curiosity and growing love for Edmund seems sweet but so impossible. I loved the old fashion value of honor that Edmund portrays. Even when he could easily take advantage of Mary he does the right thing. It seemed so bitter sweet because you could tell he had feelings for Mary as well. The surprise twist at the end made this a great read.
This was a short but interesting story about a girl who wants to be disciplined by the the she is love with but can't have, Edmund, because he is a servant. She is very mean at times but I guess you could say love changes a person. There is an interesting twist at the end that makes this a really sweet story.
