I've enjoyed cooking from few cookbooks as much of this one. Everything has been wonderful, with Gran Romesco (de Mariscos) and Tocino del Cielo being a couple of the many highlights.

The best kind of cookbook, with recipe notes creating the sense of a road trip around Spain with the author, pausing in various places to discuss local traditions and specialty foods.

The best book on authentic Spainish cooking. The rice pudding recipe is to die for, as well as the chicken paella.
