And then they start to die.

There are just no words for how much I enjoyed this short story. Following a group of four very different Hemingway impersonators as one by one, their fellow impersonators begin to die was a very original idea. I honestly could see this being fleshed out into a full-length novel, maybe starting with a larger group and following through until the very end. It was different, it was unique, it was spooky and yet it was still light reading. The surprise ending did the job- I was definitely surprised...more

This is more of a Novella than a novel. It is at times amusing, a quick read and quirky. The plot is certainly unique.
The action takes place in Key West and features a bevy of Hemingway Impersonators who are being killed off one-by-one.
Unfortunately, the author leaves a number of loose ends untied and the writing is on a middle school level, which would be fine if 6th graders were its intended audience. With its scaterred F-Bombs and sexual inuendoes, I assume that is not the case.

I thought this was good until the end. The end was a little disappointing. I did enjoy reading about the Hemingway impersonators in Key West though.

Learned a few things about Hemingway I didn’t know, a lot about the Key West and people who lived there ---- really an enjoyable read! Great!

It was an ok story. Don't really care for occult type stories. I wish I would have figured it out before I read so much of it.

Pretty good short story about Ernest Hemingway impersonators in Key West and some occult claptrap.

A Novella.

A cute,scarey, short-story of a ghost on Key West. Silly-but okey.
Dinah
A cute story. Not much to it, but there was some enjoyment in the telling.

Interesting concept! This light, easy read was very entertaining with elements of intrigue, humor, suspense, and spookiness thrown in the mix. Already being a fan of Mr. Green's full length novels, it was nice to see a different side to his work. Nice, quick read and definitely reccomended.

A ghostly whodunit involving Hemingway impersonators in Key West who ate uncovering lost memorabilia. Not a bad little novella; kinda humorous.
