My Ann Arbor rabbi did a blog while he rode his bicycle through a bit of the south this past winter, stopping to do services at synagogues that are underrepresented by clergy. This is some of that, although I wish he would've included the stuff he left out... the other stuff that happened to him along the way, and the pictures. Great guy.
The Jewish Pedaler is a short and relaxing travelogue. Though nothing too insightful is presented, this is less a religious book and more a story of a man biking. Rabbi Levy especially succeeds in writing at a pleasant pace, and, when providing dashes of wisdom, or humor, managing to be authoritative yet modest. It's a very quick read, great for unwinding before heading to sleep.
