I am of Cook's Country Magazine and of Cook's Illustrated for thier precise cooking methods and how thier test kitchen tests and retests until you have the optimal recipe. Recipes like Pennsylvania Dutch Shoofly Cake, Italian Love Nests,Beef Rolletes with Spaghetti,Big Wheel Sandwich and Brown Sugar Pie are just a few of the recipes that had my mouth watering.
