Janet
This book was given to me to read since I am a brownie leader. It was interesting knowing the background how the girl guide movement came into existance and the leader's life. What a different time period than the one today.
Christine
The period of history that Lady B-P's life spans is incredible.
The fact that she kept a diary most of her life adds a really personal feel to the events that unfold around her.
Sarah Byrne
Fantastic insight in the life of a fantastic lady. Great for anyone involved in the Girl Guiding community, beit now or in the past.
