I absolutely loved this cookbook! I received this book from Goodreads and it was a great excuse to have to try a few new recipes with one of my favorite foods...bacon! I tried a few recipes so far and everyone in my family has enjoyed then and well, that is not always an easy task! So far we have had the bacon, egg and Colby cheese quesadillas and a casserole dish with bacon. I can't wait to try more. I will try to update my review as I try out some more recipes!
I received this book as a free give away and my husband has been cooking with bacon ever since. Who knew that this book would create a cook. Now when I get home from work, dinner is done. This book is a must have.
