This was a loaner from the library and I was truly upset that I had to turn it in before I got a chance to try out any of the recipes. This is a book I will have to add to our home library for sure. Lots of great info on the various peppers and how to make a variety of things with them. Includes 150 very easy to follow along with recipes that I was real excited about trying out.
