While this book, was an o.k. read, it really didn't have anything special about it. The writing was bland. The storyline was a pretty good idea, but wasn't really brought to life. If you are wanting a quick, mindless read, I guess this book could suffice. "A Small Town Homecoming" is about an architect, Tess, who is overseeing the construction of a new building on the oceanfront.
