It's by Mary Ann Esposito...what else do you really need to know? Well, here's one thing: follow her on Facebook: she is quite generous with her tips and recipes!
I love Mary Ann! I watch her show on PBS all the time. She explains stuff really well, always seems down=to=earth with her readers. I haven't made anything yet, b/c I like to read the book start to finish before I start cooking anything. This is a really good book and has colored pictures!
