I enjoyed reading this book. It's about a lady whose life is careening out of control-her marriage is dull, her teenage daughters are driving her insane and she is days away from her fiftieth birthday. This book contains three different stories, which of one I just told you about. Overall, I really enjoy the protagonist in the book. Her character is hilarious and I enjoy reading about her miserable life; though it's a horrible thing.

You Mellow With Time

Maxine is a wife and mother, who at the age of 45 just feels as if she is unfulfilled, or maybe she's just not getting any attention. When her aunt passes, she must travel to the funeral, and she's now face-to-face with those demons that she's suffered with in silence. Is there forgiveness in her future?

I'm giving this book four stars based on the first story in the book. I didn't like any of the other stories, except the first. I found the first to be very enjoyable and interesting. A woman who is dissatisfied with her husband takes a trip a few days away and the unexpected occurs. I will leave it at that, but it was a good book.
