The two main characters are enjoyable and fun to get to know but the heavy language and vast cast has you constantly referring back to the glossary and list of characters. Could have cut the cast in half and had a better book. The plot was too busy with many sidelines going on at once. It took me half way through the book to get into it.

This was a great book! An original story set in an original fantasy world. I loved Mychael and Llynya, and the story was interesting, with just enough romance. I've read this multiple times and have enjoyed every read.
