While I found this book interesting and learned a lot about food, medicine, our physiology, and the world we live in, I can't say I subscribe to Deville's Heathy, Sexy, Happy program/lifestyle. I wish I could -- I really do -- but, unlike Deville, I don't deem it realistic or reasonable to rewind 150 years to our farming days, avoiding "factory-produced" food and home and beauty care toxins. I'm more of the mindset of "picking your poisons," as Deville instructs. I buy local More...
