I enjoyed this third installment of the Alpha Force series. I liked how Parran, the civilian werewolf, tried to keep his secret. Who knew that his college girlfriend would be an Alpha Force operative sent to his hospital to investigate bio-hazardous waste thefts.

Since neither had ever come right out and confessed to being shape shifters they didn't really know for absolutely certain about each others natures. They find out the hard way. Grace accidentally follows Simon's scent to his hiding plac

Grace a werewolf of Alpha Force (supernatural military unit) is sent to a hospital to solve the mystery of solen biohazard samples. She has to work with her ex, a wereolf loner with trust issues.

Wasn't too keen on this one. It was like a hospital drama with werewolves - the two genres not merging particularly well. Plot is a bit daft and the outcome was simply awful it was so dumb. I also wasn't particularly enamoured of the characters - there wasn't enough description for me to picture them cle

This is the thrid book in the Alpha Force series.

Lt. Grace Andreas, MD and Dr. Simon Parran have a history together when they were in college. Simon wouldn't talk about any personal things and took off with no forwarding info to Grace. Come to the present. Grace has a member of the Alpha Force has been called into check out why hazardous waste is being stolen from the military hospital and put a stop to it. Her team are all there to help investigate and provide back-up. The sparks are still flyi

Well, I think I'm done with this series. The story telling has been so uneven from book to book. 'Alpha Wolf' was an entertaining story, 'Alaskan Wolf' was surprisingly poor, and this book falls somewhere in the middle, unfortunately leaning more toward the latter book rather than the former. It started off holding my interest but by the time I hit the midpoint of the book I was tired of reading about Grace and Simon's mutual distrust of one another set against their sexual attraction to each ot ...more

When Simon Parran watched as his former lover shifted from wolf to woman, he was overwhelmed with emotion. But that wasn't the only secret Dr. Grace Andreas had, one of which included membership in the elite shape-shifting unit, Alpha Force.

Simon had hidden his true nature for so long, that he is unprepared to finally work alongside Grace. But biological weapons are going missing and a suspected terroist plot is in the works, leaving Simon no choice but to ask Grace for help. And damned if worki
Wasn't really my thing somehow. Usually I like the Nocturnes, but this one didn't appeal to me. I didn't feel the chemistry between the characters, and I think they went on way too much about whether or not the other was a shifter.
