Turns out this very short story is just an introduction to - or maybe the first few chapters of - a series of books. Unfortunately, looking around a bit, I can't tell for sure if this author's books are in order or if they're all separate but in the same universe or what...

Anyway, regarding this story, well, if you want to get someone interested in a series, this is a very good way to do it. I had read Claimed right before this one, and in my review I mentioned lots of ways that it wasn't partic
I read this twice and still don't get it. There is no discernable connection between the plot, the characters, and the story flow. Maybe I'll try again later
A short story concerning knights, right? Well, not exactly.
It's sci fi but, somehow, the "Church," denomination unknown, is on other planets and still tracking down detractors...and demons.
