Since I am the author of this book, I'd be lying if I said I didn't like it. I really enjoyed putting it together, and then hand delivering copies to some of the people/places found in my poems. Writing about real people and situations is my thing... from a little boy learning to whistle in church(The Whistler) to a fantastic nurses aide changing lives (Charlene) to dealing with a mother with dementia (Two Mothers)-- these poems and stories are reflections of life as it really is.
