I don't recommend books very often, but if your life is swirling in a neverending cycle of things to do, people to see and places to go, this is the book for you. Yount covers every aspect of our lives, not just the spiritual. He discusses the motives behind our actions and why decluttering of our calendars, homes and minds is so important to spiritual growth.
