Check out my review about this book in my blog in Spanish:

This is a neat book. It has very clear explanations for very doable exercises. The photos are explanatory; and it includes exercises for all the muscles in the body. The only thing I think was a little bit too much was the very detailed recipes in the end of the book (too many pages) with number of sets and repetitions. That aside; the book is wonderful and encouraging.
This book gives you an insight on how to be healthy , what exercises you can do, what you should/ should not eat. This book gives you just the amount of ideas so that you can make up your own exercise routine. You create the routine that is BEST for YOU.

Some of the tips at the beginning of this book were awesome. But the overall purpose of finding more exercises for my Marines was also done. I would recommend this book for all of those who are looking for good workout techniques without the hassle of going to a gym.
Not too much to this book. Good basic exercises. I think it discounts the affect trainers at a gym can have on motivation etc, but the overall idea is good for those who want to learn about simple exercises you can do at home.

A good collection of exercise that can be done without the need of weights or other types of exercise equipment. Good material to use for those on the road and/or don't have access to a gym.
