Recommends it for: Everyone
Well written and thoroughly researched. Probably the best anyone can expect in regard to the naming of streets.

Also, after reviewing the Cleveland Plain Dealer historical archives from 1919 through 1930 in regard to H.A. Stahl and the Ridgewood Gardens development, the claims made in this book about Parma's status as a "Garden City" seem to ring true. Much like Ebenezer Howard's "Garden City," H.A. Stahl's Ridgewood Gardens development was situated on 1,000 acres, features the wonderful English

The Research Methodology was a bit suspect, and I dont know that Id use it as a primary source. But there were some interesting bits of information.
