The heroine Bethany and the hero Cristiano meet when Cristiano comes by the apartment that Bethany is house sitting. Cristiano thinks that she is the owner and Bethany doesn't correct him, hoping that he will leave once he has done the task he came there for. However Cristiano asks her out to dinner instead, which then leads to a whirlwind affair when Cristiano, totally entranced by Bethany, whisks her away on holiday for a couple of weeks. It all ends when Bethany runs out on him and he finds o
This book made laugh out loud several times.

The heroine mis-represents herself as a wealthy high society woman to the hero then scarpers on him when the relationship heats up.

(view spoiler)When the hero next meets her, he knows who she is and feel duped and ANGRY, very ANGRY.

For once, the heroine lays our lad out. She lies, lies again, then lies some more in attempt to not get into trouble. Every time he thinks he has her within his gr

Cristiano De Angelis, Italian businessman. At first he seems so arrogant, with his view about not to involve with the woman who is not in his class. But after the five months time, he changed. He’s honest enough to admit that he missed the heroine, even when he was still angry because the heroine deceive him. And I think he’s quite sweet—he is willing to cook, doing domestic stuff to win the heroine heart. I don’t justify his reluctance to share his private affairs, but I can unders

Decent read! The hero was a nice guy not your usual arrogant alpha male and there were some steamy sweet scenes. What bothered me is that we didn't witness them falling in love during their trip. I wanted to know all about their Barbados get away so I feel a little cheated.

This book is very enjoyable. Not too much drama and the hero Cristiano is a nice guy, it has been so long i havent met a hero like this, when most of hero in romance are alpha males commodity while it is sometimes swoony but mostly slightly irritating. Im happy to have a different and unique hero in a good way. Good banters between the characters. Dialogues were funny, light, enjoyable and sometimes hilarious. One lack is the epilogue. I hope to get a longer peek of epilogue, but maybe

Bethany Maguire is house sitting to help a friend out. Which leads her to me Cristiano De Angelis who has come to drop off a flower his mother wanted him to delivery to the owner of the apartment that Bethany was staying at. Bethany did not correct him when he thought she was the owner. They both were attracted to each other and for two weeks they were together. But Bethany knew that she wasn't from his world and left. This lead Crisitiano to try and find her to let her know how upset he was wit ...more
This book wasn't fantastic, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I guess it's just an average read?

One thing I do have to say before starting. Why is the title saying "one night love-child?" After reading the book, i got the feeling that their child wasn't conceived in one night. I mean they were together for 2 weeks, where it does it even say one night??

Moving on, I felt that the book was too rushed. Up until the time he took her out for dinner, the book was pretty good actually. But the m
Bethany was a bit annoying and lacking of intelligence (in other words: an idiot). Poor Cristiano, had to be so patient. One thing that really bother me after I gave it a thought was the title. I mean, after you finish reading the book you'll realize that the title is wrong. Why? Because they spend their whole vacation having sex! Over and over again. It doesn't say the details of the time they spend in Barbados but later on Bethany and Cristiano made it pretty clear they had memorize every deta ...more

Well, this one was a bit of a surprise. The hero meets the heroine on an errand for his mother, assumes that the heroine is society heiress when she's actually house sitting. One thing leads to another, and heroine finds herself spending two weeks with hero.

After two weeks, our heroine, Bethany, runs off. The hero, Christiano, naturally was fuming at having been dumped. Of course, he tracks her down, and finds out she's pregnant. I know, typical hero sweeps heroine off her feet and knocks her up
Bethany was kind of shrew-like, but it was the headswapping that made this an immediate DNF for me.

I loved Bethany and Christano's story but I believe it needed a description of the two week Barbados trip. The characters said they fell in love on the trip but we did not see it. I believe the book would have been so much better if the readers had read about it.

Got bored easily with this book. Didn't like the way the relationship develop and the attitude between Beth and Cristiano. Ok HEA but took me ages to work my way through book.

It was a good novel. I found it kind of funny in some parts because assumptions can be a bitch.
