"Crimson Letters" is a departure from the zombie-filled world of Ian Sandusky's first novel "Grey Dogs" in that it focuses on a Canadian soldier wounded in the Afghan War.

After being scarred for life in an attack on his patrol, Quincent is discharged and sent back to civilian life in Ontario. But his time in Afghanistan haunts him and drives his life in directions he couldn't possibly expect ... with gruesome consequences.

Quincent is *not* the most sympathetic character for the reader to invest
