The Texas series is worth reading. I love generation books and these books deliver.
A relative decided that I should read adult themed novels for my holidays. I was going through fantasy and young adult too often I agreed that I should. These two made me feel like I was on lengthy vacation and snuggled on the couch to watch soaps I could only wish I had time to watch. The previous novels would've been nice if I had read first. No spoilers here.

Fern Michaels isn’t a person. I’m not sure she’s an entity either since an entity is something with separate existence. Fern Michaels is what I DO. Me, Mary Ruth Kuczkir. Growing up in Hastings, Pennsylvania, I was called Ruth. I became Mary when I entered the business world where first names were the order of the day. To this day, family and friends call me Dink, a name my father gave me when I w ...more
