Sharleen Miller didn't have the perfect childhood: poor, deserted by both her parents, ignored and then raped by her uncle. So, she decided she is going to become famous. Being a groupie around bands, working her way into modeling and transitioning to porn. She is going determined to be a main stream porn star, but all the attention and success comes at a price. The story shows the rise and fall of Sharleen to Sierra and what becomes of her.

Um...what? I skipped over the "literary" parts of this book where she inserted fairy tales to make her points more alive. I hated the ending.
