Авторы книги понятным языком объяснили читателям, почему информация имеет такую важную роль в деятельности любого предприятия и описали её работу в качестве "клея", на котором держатся все организации и предприятия. Авторы очень понятно выложили свои мысли и доводы.

Very important book for marketing and business in the Web age. About five or ten years before this book came out I wrote a paper (for my company) about how the web would change everything. This book describes that in detail and gives clues to the new world order of products and services that are resulting from that. Still very relevant.
