Norah should be dead.

Eli knows that. As the grim reaper assigned to harvest her soul, he's spent the past few months getting intimately aquainted with her life--all in preparation to take it away. Which he had every intention of doing.

Until he fell in love with her.

And then he saved her instead.

But can love really overcome death? And what happens to the ones who end up cau

UPDATE: finished!!!

This book is REALLY good. It did take me a while to get into it, but once I was into it it was really good. I have to say, it's not one of those books where as soon as i finish i go and google the author to see if it is part of a series, but it was a good book none the less.

So yeah, this is totally my book :) Yay! My sophomore novel. It's a lot different than Descendant, and I love it for different reasons. I hope you will too. :)

And so begins the story of Norah and Eli, the girl destined to die and the boy who was ...more

I'm in between liking and really liking this, it started out great but then waned a little in the middle but got good again towards the end otherwise it would have been a 4*. Altogether though, it was a good read and i did find it hard to put down. Loved the characters, Norah, Eli & Luke were great and for all i got a few feelings from them i wasn't totally engrossed in their relationships and felt she could have gone either way and to be honest i would have been happy with whoever she

It was an ok read I wish there was a back-story on Luke... I also feel like the author should have elaborated more on the Omens... Like I said It was an alright read I am considering reading the next one if there is one, just to see if the story gets better. I think it took me so long because of the fact that the story confused me in certain areas.
