Both of Amy's books are winners! What a distinctive style and a wit she's got! I had a wonderful time going through these poems and found myself sort of sledding through, as if sitting on the surface and allowing the work to just trip me from one page to the next. Like nothing I've read before!

Short note before I re-read it: every poem in this book is a vehicle that takes you to where you should have been when you started the poem. I have a feeling that one could make a compilation of Bob Pollard songs that correspond one-to-one with each poem. But I might be wrong.

Can't wait to get my copy! The cover art absolutely sold me (before I got to the reviews and the mention of Frida Kahlo).
