I didn't read the entire book, but the version I had was from 1989. Extremely outdated. There might be some good information in there, but you would be better off finding a more current arthritis book, with lists of current medications and risk factors. A friend loaned this to me with the greatest of intentions, but this is not the type of information that you can rely on, especially since it talks about medications that most people have never heard of.
