Well, I'm the first to rate yet another good book. Carl Lewis wrote a forward and some recipes for this cookbook. Need an intro to where best to get your vitamins, minerals, along with good sources of fats, protein, fiber, carbs, etc. then this is the ticket. Try the bean dip with raw garlic and onion. Don't forget to dip the herb baked pita chips into this delectable dish.
