Many of the recipes had errors in them - for example she'd say "Canelloni Beans" in the list of ingredients, but then in the instructions, she'd reference "Black Beans" - so I'd go sifting through the recipe trying to figure out which one she really meant. I'm also not certain that she tested all the recipes, some of them turned out a little funky. I got this book on my Kindle for free - so I guess I got what I paid for!
