Holy Bible: NASB New American Standard, Amplified Parallel Bible

4.74 of 5 stars 4.74  ·  rating details  ·  39 ratings  ·  6 reviews
By comparing the ultra-precise NASB with the magnified sentence structure of the Amplified, readers are better able to appreciate the meaning of the scriptures as understood by their audience in the original languages. Now readers can benefit from both translation approaches with this side-by-side comparison that offers a more enriching experience with God's Word.

Stephen
I followed a "Bible in a Year" I found online. This was the edition used at Manna Church here. I do not recommend this method , as I didn't learn as much as in a study group where you read more for understanding than just to get through it. Would like to try reading it again, but chronologically, and to comprehend.

I do not like this translation as much as some of the others.
