This was something else...

I don't wanna kiss ass or anything but this short, powerful story told in under 20 pages what most graphic novels couldn't in multiple volumes, all while still rocking that beautiful old school shoujo style.

And the art style contrast wonderfully with the heavy subject matter. The Yucy looks like your typical adorable shoujo heroine (think Candy Candy) while Yudy looks almost like a ghoul from Fallout.

I don't know what to say about this one-shot , it's about a conjoined twins having a problem in accepting their issue? anyway after a long time of suffering ,they find a solution .would they do it? and how would it go?..I have to admit that the story was excellent, and it was published in 1984!! This is really wonderful!
A very short story by one of the Queens of Shoujo, Moto Hagio, but a brilliant one about identity, twins/doubles and just... life ? Troubling, mindstorming and highly recommended.
interesting psychological one shot , stays with you afterwards.
excellent story, especially the psychological questions, remarkably modern considering it was published in 1984
