Tim Orchard's 3rd novel tells the tale of a novelist struggling to write a biography of the eccentric poet, Adela Florence Nicholson. His own disastrous relationships prove to be at least as entertaining as the exploits of Adela. Watch out for the surprise ending.
I am waiting with bated breath to receive his other 2 novels, Shane & Shane Dos.

This is a great book, hard to put down once you start, which in part is a fictional account of Laurence Hope's life. It follows the struggle of Henry the author to search out the facts of her life for a biography. After a year he reaches the same brick wall anyone who has researched her life comes to.....a lack of facts. In a pared down Victorian style, Henry melds the few known facts with gossip and rumour and serves up all the passion and drama that hallmarked Adela and her husbands life ...more
