Andreas is a rich man, stubborn and a girl’s dream come true. Kizzy is alone in the world and too soon she’ll have no job and no home. They both share a troubled past and scars from that time which stop them from moving forward with their lives.

The conflict was limited to the Hero and heroine and their internal struggles. We see the mighty Andreas fall in love for the first time and question his values and beliefs. He goes through a major change during the book, influenced by Kitty.

The only down side to this book was that there wasn't more of it! Arrogant and brooding Andreas was the perfect Alpha male and frail yet determined Kizzy was an excellent companion. Apart from the obvious absolute lust fest in certain chapters, what really drew me into the book was Rachel's description of Rhodes, the Greek customs and the way she captured the ambience of the island so brilliantly. I love a book that makes me feel I'm actually there, a voyeur on a sun terrace a swimming pool leng ...more

I read this book in under 48 hours which for me is very fast! Fiesty female, arrogant yet otherwise-perfect alpha male, Greek sunshine. What more could you ask for? Except, perhaps, a blood pressure monitor.

This is definitely among the hottest 'Romantic Fiction' I have ever read. I'm finding it hard to get Andreas Lazerides out of my head.

Rachel's début novel is a right storm! The minute Kizzy and Andreas are on the page together, it gets interesting.

I did enjoy their fiery battles - I do love good conflict in romance; Andreas being an arrogant bastard at times and Kizzy defending herself - quite rightly so. But Andreas does redeem himself, realising his actions are unacceptable, he just needs to learn that throwing money at Kizzy isn't really what she wants. And I was glad to see he saw through Kizzy's change in confidence, oth

I love Kizzy Dean. She is absolutely adorable. Dark, smoldering, Andreas was a challenge for me. The beginning of the book he is just soooo full of himself. I want to kick him in his Dolmades and send him packing. As the story comes together, you learn more about him as a person, and it helps; but first impressions are hard to shake. As corny as I feel admitting this, I shed a couple of tears at the end! (What on earth is happeni

Thanks to an extremely hot Greek, I won't be forgetting my first Embrace (Book) in a hurry.

I have to admit that I *almost* gave up on this because the story seemed to hurtle along way too quickly, abruptly whisking the characters off to a Greek island at the end of Chapter 1. However, by this point, I already liked and felt for the main character of Kizzy Dean and was intrigued by the arrogant Greek lawyer, Andreas Lazarides, she meets in London. Andreas lazarides a wealthy gorgeous Greek whisks Kizzy off to Greece under the guise of writing up a contract to secure her silence on the sale of her place of employment.

There is an instantaneous sizzle as they meet, which continues and is realised in the beauty of Rhodes. Conflicting emotions and misunderstandings threaten their relationship and you are drawn into the will they wont they scenario.
