Wow! That's what I kept thinking when I was reading this book - Wow! This is an interesting and very unique take on time travel, wizards and sorcerers, and the Excalibur and King Arthur story. Three teens are brought from three different time periods (the 1800s, the 2000s, and the 3000s) to the very distant future to find Excalibur and take it back to King Arthur before the timeline changes the future irrevocably.

This is a very intriguing YA book that lovers of history and Arthurian times will devour. Owen does a phenomenal job creating a unique, enticing story surrounding the historic Excalibur, and I love how she meshed the past, present, and future together through the characters of Digger, Josh, and Meri. It was really interesting to see how the teens interacted with one another as they came from different time periods, and what t

Time Traveling books are pretty rare and unique. I haven’t read many time traveling books, but each time I love them more and more.

The Sword’s Journey was a surprise to me. This isn’t usually a book I would normally read, but this book was good. I loved every word of it.
The Sword’s Journey was about 3 teens from different periods who are all brought through a portal and in the way distant future. Their mission is to take King Arthur’s sword and go into the past and return it t

I love a good time travel story, so when I got the chance to review this book I immediately grabbed it. And I will say it's a pleasant read.

The writing is decent, the setting and world building are interesting and the story is fun. Josh, Digger and Meri are thrown into the deep by being send on an adventure without really knowing how they should handle it. The way they manage to make the most of a bad situation is admirable and I really liked their adventures.

This is a time travelling story. 3 teenagers are abruptly taken from their own times and brought to a wizard who needs help returning Excalibur to King Arthur, after it was stolen. They are given animal companions and new powers to help them on their quest.

I am a great fan of this type of story, I think the possibilities are endless. I also am very interested in the Arthurian legend, so to me this was a winner before I had even started! I loved the characters, and their animal companions were ve

Back to the Future meets King Arthur in this sweet YA fantasy. Across time, likeable teen characters, at the behest of a mysterious and at first enigmatic time wizard, are brought together. Provided with tools, and with the assistance of animal companions, they are given a task--surely the first of many. They also learn that they share a heritage, to fulfill a prophecy and protect the time line by finding and protecting the lost and stolen objects that can change history. Have you ever wondered ...more
