James Howe never seems to misstep at all in these Pinky and Rex books.
I wish that more readers knew about this series of short but very perceptive picture books. The point is necessarily pithy, but packs as much power as the vast majority of stories take many more pages to say. Whether in novel form or as a short story, James Howe always writes excellent books.

Its about a girl named Rex who mother is having a baby.She thinks her mother will forget all about her. But she didn't so her friend Pinky was sad. Rex was not acting nomral.Rex will hang around the baby more than Pinky.
