At first glance, I wasn't terribly impressed by this cookbook, because there aren't any pictures (what can I say, I love my food porn), but I've tried a few of the recipes so far, and they were all delicious. I looked through this book after getting it from the library. It is hard to find gluten-free and vegetarian recipes. I went out and bought this book after reading through it and realizing that I would make most everything in the book. It is also mostly vegan which is nice since I can make these dishes for my sisters too. Can't wait to start cooking.

This book, ironically written by a meat eater, was really good. Lots of interesting recipes. Good mixture of imitation meals and stand alone meals.

This book had a ton of recipes, none of which that were too exciting. Wished the book had more pictures of the dishes.
