This book is an interesting mix of inspirational life experiences of a chef with type 1 diabetes and awesome recipes! Really enjoyed reading this book and learned a lot along the way. I added a few of his healthy and yummy recipes to my list.

Good read. Many good recipes I can't wait to try. I liked the fact that this wasn't just a cookbook; there was plenty of wisdom and inspiration to go around as well. Worth a look-at, especially if you're in the market for some good, diabetic-friendly recipes.

Part cookbook part inspirational, life affirming read. There are some wonderful recipes as well as great advice.
Whether or not yo have diabetes ( I do not) this book is worth the space on your kitchen shelves!
