This is the story of Bob Chase, the radio voice of the minor league hockey team Fort Wayne Komets (Indiana). I grew up in Green Bay. Didn't have hockey there when I was a kid, but I could pick up his broadcasts on my transister radio with earplug on overcast winter nights when I snuck it to bed with my 3 brothers.
