It's a really step by step guide with lots of exercises. Though when I tried to present it to local NGOs in Indonesia -- it is difficult to put into practice. The steps/exercise are too complex. the book has CD-rom with lots of worksheets. The worksheets are great though need some adjustment a little bit to fit your organization.
I have translated this book in Bahasa the exercises and make a powerpoint summary of this book.

It has lots of worksheets that you can choose from and implement in various theme related causes.
I am glad I got this book- it got me up all night just working through various pointers for a fundraising event I'm working on.
