The title of the book I read is "Immigrants" by Martin W. Sandler. It is about people from other countries across the ocean migrating to the United States more specifically New York to be free form "harsh conditions that include hunger, poverty, and religious, and political persecution." As a result of that "American is a culture is culture of many lands. we borrow from every group and are made richer by the borrowing."
I chose this book because I thought it would benefit me for what we are lear
