Worth it for the extensive GI values list at the back, as well as for the recipes. The intro to GI and why it's helpful for dealing with PCOS is overly long and repetitive. They could've said the same thing in half the pages.

I don't think i will ever be finished reading this book. Since I've decided to start a low GI diet I have been constantly checking up foods, so I know what is ok to eat. Hopefully following this plan will finally allow me to loss weight and start a family.
