Jackie Brighton’s life as a succubus is going great: she’s gone from mousy to bombshell, and although she has to have sex every forty-eight hours or die, she has two hot guys—the vampire Zane and the angel Noah—to scratch her Itch. But then her Itch accelerates to every twenty-four hours, and she’s suddenly waking people’s unconscious just by touching them. Something’s out ...more

Jackie is finally starting to get the hang of being a succubus..well sort of...she just landed her dream job, has two very fine lovers a fallen angel Noah and a vampire Zane to curve her itch, life couldn’t be better..right?
Wrong! Jackie’s sexual itch is starting to hit more often, she has a fight with Noah and Zane takes off to whom knows where, she finds out she has a curse that could kill her, while she’s stuck on a porn road trip from hell..and oh...someone wants her dead..(again)..Yup, J

Jackie thought she was getting her life back on track by taking a job with the New City University archaeological team. She has recently been turned into a succubus, which means she has to have sex every couple of days to sate the “itch” that arises. She turns to her two masters, fallen angel Noah and vampire Zane who more than willingly scratch the itch for her. However, these days, Jackie is noticing the need to have sex is increasing, to almost every day. One would think having sex with two b ...more

Succubi Like it Hot is the second book in Jill Myles' The Succubus Diaries series. Jackie Brighton a newly turned succubus who narrates the story from first person point of view. It's not enough that Jackie is struggling with being a succubus, which means she has to have sex every few days or she will eventually shrivel up and die, but she has also recently been cursed. For some reason whenever she touches a human they fall asleep right at her feet. A mysterious man keeps following her and it se ...more

"Succubi like it hot" is the second installment in the Succubus Diaries series by Jill Myles.
After reading "Gentlemen Prefer Succubi", there was no doubt that I would read on.
I was glad I bought both at the same time, because I wasn't waiting longer than I had to, to read the next book.

"Gentlemen Prefer Succubi", may have ended on a restful note, but it didn't stay that way for long. Starting off, Jackie has the "Itch". The "itch" is when a succubus's sexual needs surface, and she's left pant

OMG...this was a great follow up book to the first one in the series. I love Jackie. She continues to learn about her new and improved self and what it's costing her. I love Noah and Zane but Zane is the one who makes the biggest sacrifice of all of them. I really respected that vampire. There is adventure, action, and love contain in these pages. And even though Jackie is now a succubus she still had her standards. Go ahead read this series, I know you'll enjoy it as much has I have. Looking fo ...more

Great story. Hot. Steamy.. and that's not because the story lands in New Orleans. Jackie, Noah, Zane and Remy have a lot of explaining to do! Add in the Queen of Darkness (again) and Luc (unknown factor until the end) and a whole lot of people falling asleep without their knowledge and you know that somehow our new succubus is involved. And just how does a girl choose who the love of her life will be when she has TWO fallen angels at her beck and call?

So steamy! And so funny! I've been spoiled with the first two books coming out so close together- I don't want to wait for book 3!

Loved it!!!!

Thanks Aly for the rec :)))

Things were looking pretty good for Jackie at the end of Gentlemen Prefer Succubi. With a gorgeous daytime angel lover Noah and a hot bad boy vampire Zane for the nights, Jackie had it all - 'breakfast' in bed and a yummy 'midnight snack' too. But while having two luscious men to keep her well fed was working out just fine for Jackie, both men aren't happy about sharing and both want her to choose. And now to make matters even worse, when both guys are thinking about putting her on a diet 'til s ...more

If you are someone that likes your PNR to stay with one partner and have a HEA you may want to move on along, this may not be for you. Now if you can get past the no HEA and go more on the wild side with more than two partners then please give this a try. I have to say, I'm one of those HEA freak's that found this a great read. I want to add Jill is a very talented writer. I’m glad I went on and read the second book.

I felt this book was a lot better than the first. Jackie did not get on my ner

“Succubi Like it Hot” (Paranormal, Pocket, 335 pages, $7.99), by Jill Myles: Jackie Brighton, the frumpy museum-guide-turned-sexy succubus, is back with her paranormal posse for another adventure in Jill Myles’ “Succubi Like it Hot.”

In Myles’ debut, “Gentlemen Prefer Succubi,” Jackie is turned into a succubus after she is drained by a vampire named Zane and engages in sex with a fallen angel named Noah. The men, who are bitter enemies, become Jackie’s masters. They are forced to hibernate at dif

When we left Jackie after the events of Gentlemen Prefer Succubi, she was coming to terms with her new succubus lifestyle and trying to juggle two incredible, sexy men who were responsible for her situation. There’s the fallen angel Noah, her one night stand who is a sweet and tender gentleman. Then there is Zane, that dark and seductive vampire who frustrates her, but also channels her inner wild bad girl. They’re not too thrilled in sharing her, especially Noah. Zane thinks Jackie will eventua ...more

This series has a great vibe. The characters are humorous and fun to follow in their ridiculous travels. Between the previously dorky new succubus and her slutty mentor who is also a porn star succubus, I was laughing quite a bit. Love the two love interests, but I think I am partial to Noah-- he seems a bit more trustworthy than lover number 2, vampire Zane.

I can't wait to see what kind of trouble they get into in the next book.

Succubi Like It Hot was a good book. A lot of things happen and you don't really get that much boring. Jill Myles is an awesome author and she writes really good novels. But what i didn't notice in book one (or probably just ignored, which i couldn't now...) was that Jackie is quite whiny, like really whiny and really make everything about her.. And for me it becomes to freaking much of it.. I mean, HELLO, other people suffers as well! And in this book, she took it almost to far for my tast.. an ...more

Noah, Jackie and Zane... 3.5 stars!

I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first, it lacked the humour and hotness I soooooo enjoyed previously.

On to book 2.5...

A hot fallen angel boyfriend during the day and a hot vampire boyfriend by night...where do I sign up to become a succubus???? Of course, this balance cannot be maintained when angel and vamp dislike each other and are both territorial over their woman. What's a succubus to do?

When Noah tells Jackie that she must chose between him and Zane and she is unable to, he gets huffy and distances himself. At the same time, Zane mysteriously up an disappears on her. For a being who requires frequent sex

I loved Succubi Prefer Gentlemen. Loved it. But I loved Succubi Like it Hot even more, and I didn't think that would be possible.
Jilly Myles has successfully hooked me into her imaginary world of succubi, vamps, warlocks and demons...oh and smutty porn stars! This book literally got a giggle out of me on every page. Okay, so when is the next one out? I want to read it, now!
Jill Myles --- I'm not worthy *bows in true Wayne and Garth style*

Both, "Gentlemen Prefer Succubi" and "Succubi Like It Hot" were fabulous reads! I really like Ms. Myles, cast of charaters. They are wickedly fun. Frist, you add a newly made succubus, then you throw in a super hot, fallen angel, combine with a handsome, bad boy, vampire. Blended together they make two splendid reads!

The next book in the series is "My Fair Succubi", doesn't come out until December 2010. I hate to wait.

I love this series. it drew me in and held me to the end, and was one I was happy to have discovered AFTER the full set had been released, because I was able to read it straight through. The heroine is intelligent, quirky, brave despite herself, and over the top about love. Like so many real life heroines, she needs to be needed, but remains strong enough to avoid codependency. Add a world filled with inhumanly beautiful people, where the lines between good and evil are often blurred, and you ha ...more

OMG Ms Myles has done it again!!! Love that Jackie is finding herself and doing whats good for her in this book!! We see characters from the previous book and we meet new ones, Would recommend this book to anyone. On to My Fair Succubi (Succubus Diaries, #3), can't wait to read Zanes book!!!

More shenanigans in this book. Remy and Jackie sure know how to get in to trouble. :) Jackie is still kind of dumb, which I like, and she means well with all of her blunders. She's just uneducated in the new lifestyle she is living. Doesn't help that her "friends" are still keeping secrets.

Another very enjoyable read by Jill Myles, the two main male characters in this series are so likable, I want them both, lol.
This book was just as fast paced as the first, not a dull moment.
I'm really looking forward to the next book in this series.

I'd actually give this one 3.5 stars. I did enjoy it, but at times I felt that the story lagged unnecessarily. Still fun, though, and I definitely think the whole series so far is worth reading. On to Book 3 of this set for me!
Suz
Solid 3.5 stars

This one had a better storyline than the first but I still have trouble overlooking some of the tropes. Silly women being rescued by men kinds of things. The sex is very hot and frequent, however.
Ashley
As sexy and funny as the first. But who do you choose, the gorgous fallen angel or the sexy badboy vampire ? Lifes choices are so hard.
Samantha (Book Lover's Cozy Cafe)
This book was really, it's a totally different take on the love triangle scenario. Jackie is a newly turned Succubus, and to become a succubus in this series, it takes a vampire and a fallen angel also called Serim to do this. Well Jackie is lovers to both her sires, Zane and Noel. Zane is very sultry and playful vampire, and Noah a very sexy but serious Serim. In this book Jackie has to struggle between her lover's because both are wanting her to choose one or the other, but while in the midst ...more

Succubus Jackie Brighton is fighting with both her lovers - the angel and the vampire. So when she finds out she's cursed and likely to die a horrible death, she grabs her BFF Remy and heads off the New Orleans to visit a voodoo succubus for help. Porn star Remy uses the road trip to promote her newest movie with stops at adult shops as they cross the country. It seems like every where they go, someone is trying to kill Jackie.

I wasn't thrilled with the first book but since I bought the first t

My thoughts:
Where to start, these are just so funny! I am not a big PNR fan in a way, I mean the genre is good and I enjoy books but I seldom truly fall for a book. But then there are the exceptions and Jill Myles is one of those.

Jackie is her new succubus self. Hot but with that darn itch, but luckily she has her vampire master Zane and her Serim master Noah to service her. I adore Jackie, she is funny and who can blame her if she can't choose between two gorgeous men! Sorry Noah but I am all t
