Great, articulate book! It clearly outlines the process and provides several things to consider as you go through the process, up to and including negotiations. I learned a lot and will probably re-consult it once I get a little further!

Really helpful guide through the whole process from thinking about how to write your cover letter and prepare a cv or resume, how to address the items listed in the position description with your letter, the phone interview, and the on campus interview. Chapter on giving a presentation, responding to the job offer, and one person's story of an eight month job search.
