I wouldn't really recommend this book. It will give you some very general information, some pose sequences, and some breathing methods safe to practice on your own without a mentor.
Some of the definitions are based on probably loose translations or assumptions and may be considered adequate but not necessarily accurate.
I hated that each page had text boxes at the head and foot of the page with various quotes and footnotes stealing your attention from the body of the work (perhaps this distractio...more
