Soul Survivor by Misty Evans is a wonderfully written adult fantasy with paranormal element in it. I find myself enjoying it immensely though the beginning really did get on my nerves.
The pace was rather fast and gets my head spinning, but it is a good thing. I was rather intrigue with the story and I couldn’t put down the book.
Very good read, and I couldn’t get enough of the thrills, the sexiness and...more

I have to say that this story was quite the roller coaster ride for me. And still having finished it can't really decide if I fully liked it or not. The best I can do is layout first my likes then my dislikes about this book.
First off, the story as a whole was very well written. The mythology was brought to life and I got into the whole actual CSI type feel to it in the beginning. As writing goes it was very strong. I was impressed, and it w...more
This was a fast read! If you are looking for an entertaining yet compelling, read in one sitting book - - this one is for you! I enjoyed the book very much. The story revolves around Keva and Rife. They are great characters. We are given just enough background on Rife to make him somewhat of a mystery, but very intriguing. He is noble and brave, an FBI agent who is out to protect and save the innocent. Keva has spent a thousand years hoping to find her soul mate again. She is an incr...more

The story itself was good, I liked Keva and Rife and the sexual tension was great. If the story had moved a bit faster I think I would have enjoyed it more. I would say it’s a great afternoon read for the summer.
