In my opinion, the stories in this book go down in quality as it goes on, but the first few stories are golden. I absolutely adored Star and the Frost King. I couldn't get enough of it when I read it. Even now, just thinking about it makes me want to go find it and read it again. But as a small note, the summary here says, "Alcott hides clear moral truths..." There's nothing hidden about it. The morals are pretty well rubbed in your face, but they're fairy tales.
