This is truly one of the funniest books I've ever read. I laughed so hard, I practically cried. Anyone who is obsessed with their dog (or thinks they might be) will love this book.
I would really give it 2 1/2, but that's not possible here. It was cute, especially since I love anything to do with dogs, but I got tired of the owner's whiny-ness and emotional manipulation of her husband (even if it was probably exaggerated). And her obsession with shopping/labels.
One of my favorite books ever. I laughed till I cried. I totally related to her perhaps a little too much :)

I did not give this book a fair try. And I forgot it is fiction and a soof not reality.
And I thought I was obsessive over my "furry kid"...
It may be more interesting to someone who owns a smooth-coated wheaten terrier, though I myself am not really a terrier fan. Despite this, the author has a book filled with stories of love, mishaps, spoiling, and a touch of humor.
One of those light dog-lover books I like.

Super cute and laugh out loud funny. I think I may be a little dog obsessed, it's nice to know I'm not the only one!
Jenny Lee's hilarious book will resonate with any dog owner. Much of it was laugh out loud funny. I related with so much of what she describes - and saw myself, and my dogs in so many of her descriptions. A great and fun read for any dog lover.
the chapter where she sees "lost dog" signs and decides to prep in case it happens to her dog had me rolling on the floor laughing
Fantastic read for dog lovers. If you are one, you can relate to the stories told about Wendell. A very sweet, feel good book too :)
It's about a wheaten, of course it is the best book ever
